Colombia debates the project that seeks to establish a “Crypto Law” in the country
In a meeting held at the headquarters of the Colombian National Congress, Tulio Núñez, General Counsel of Koibanx, together with other actors from the private sector linked to the cryptocurrency ecosystem and the public sector in the region, participated in the debate on the project. that seeks to establish a “Crypto Law” in Colombia.
The Blockchain tokenization and payment platform with a presence in Argentina, was convened as an “expert” at the public hearing in which the importance of regulating the activity with a technical breadth was highlighted, in order to guarantee the development of the crypto sector and blockchain in the Neogranadina region.

In addition to Tulio Núñez from Koibanx, Mauricio Tovar from Tropykus, Daniel Villarroel from Buda, Juan Pablo Suárez from Ripio and Juliana Matiz from Investopi attended the call, representing the private sector. Likewise, representatives of the public sector participated, specifically from the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Superintendence, the Superintendence of Companies and the Board of Directors of the Banco de la República de Colombia.
